- -Generously apply lip balm because dry/cracked lips won't hold lip colour for too long. Dab off extra moisture with tissue.Outline lips to keep color from running.
- Using a lip brush apply lips stick generously and evenly at the centre of your lips and blend.
- finish off your dramatic look with a clear gloss. This would really give it a shiny dramatic flair, Otherwise blot with tissue to give it a matte finish.
