The 18th duchess of Alba, Spain. Cayetana Fitz-James Stuart. has passed on after developing pneumonia. she was deemed the richest woman in Spain with Networth in excess of 2.2billion pounds. She was the Head of the Alba house and 3rd woman to carry the title"Grandee of Spain"
She is survived by her husband, Six children, Nine Grand children and Three Great- grand Children.
