FIFA ANNOUNCES SHORTLIST FOR 2014 BALLLON'DOR PRIZE

Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Manel Neur have been named  on FIFA's shortlist for this years ballon'dor prize. The 3 were picked out of an initial 23 - man list. Of all three of them, Messi is a four time winner, winning the honour in 2009,2010, 2011 and 2012.
